DIRECTOR
Brittany Ebert
Hello, I’m Brittany Ebert. I am deeply committed to supporting individuals in navigating their challenges and empowering them to live fulfilling lives. With a background in mental health and experience as a disability support worker specialising in psychosocial support within the NDIS, I bring both professional expertise and personal compassion to my work.
My approach is centred on helping each person align with their goals, providing the right support to help them overcome obstacles and move forward in a meaningful way. I believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to lead a life that is authentic and fulfilling. Through building trust, offering person-centred care, and fostering a safe environment, I work to empower those I support to reach their full potential and stay aligned with their personal aspirations.
As the founder of two businesses focused on mental health and wellness, my commitment extends beyond just providing care—I strive to inspire hope and equip individuals with the tools they need to create positive change in their lives. Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about nature, creativity, and lifelong learning, which continually shapes my approach to both life and work. I am here to walk alongside you, offering the support you need to build confidence, overcome challenges, and live a life aligned with your goals and purpose. I am here to support you through every step of your NDIS journey. Together, we can create a path toward greater independence, confidence, and fulfilment.
SUPPORT WORKER, NLP PRACTIONER, TRAUMA INFORMED COACH
Lisa Bui
As a mother to three beautiful girls, I understand the profound impact that unresolved trauma can have on your life. The weight of past experiences can affect not only your mental well-being but also your relationships and ability to fully engage with yourself, your loved ones, and your community. My personal experiences have given me a deep empathy for those navigating these challenges.
As a dedicated support worker specialising in trauma-informed care within the NDIS framework, I offer a holistic approach to healing and support. I combine NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Timeline Therapy to help individuals break free from the chains of past experiences, empowering them to move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.
My work is grounded in understanding the complexities of mental health, especially within the context of the NDIS, where every individual’s journey is unique. I am committed to providing compassionate support that meets you where you are, guiding you to heal, rediscover your strength, and align with your goals. Together, we can embrace a future filled with love, connection, and purpose, free from the limitations of the past.
REGISTERED NURSE, SUPPORT WORKER
Jasmine Bui
Hi, I’m Jasmine. I’m a registered nurse with years of experience in healthcare, and my passion for helping others has led me to pursue a career in disability support work. Throughout my nursing career, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and psychological challenges that individuals face. This insight has inspired me to transition into support work, where I can make a more direct and impactful difference in people’s lives, particularly within the NDIS.
I’m committed to empowering individuals as they navigate their personal journeys through the NDIS, providing compassionate, person-centred support that aligns with their unique goals and needs. With a strong foundation in healthcare and a genuine passion for community-based care, I strive to ensure those I support feel valued, heard, and equipped to live fulfilling lives.
By offering tailored assistance, guidance, and a safe, supportive space, I aim to help each person reach their full potential and move forward with confidence.
